EATON AEROQUIP Certified Teflon Brake
Hose
PRO-RS stainless steel braided teflon hose
is made by EATON AEROQUIP of USA according to the highest
Aerospace/Automotive quality. The hose is manufactured and assembled to
Quality Management Systems which is compliant to the ISO/TS16949:2002 and
ISO9001:2000 standards.
EATON AEROQUIP is an 8,000 employee company
and listed in the New York stock Exchange.
Shock Absorber Bracket
PRO-RS comes equipped with shock absorber
bracket, of which the positions are preset according to your car original
specification. Each and every car models have different configuration and
specification.
This is to comply with the most stringent
standards such as SAE J1401, DOT, FMVSS, TUV, E CERT and ADR. Our brackets
holder is heated and super-glued to the stainless steel braided wire. This
process creates stronger bracket holder in comparison to rubber or plastic
fusion.
Without the 'shock absorber bracket' as
with many brake hose kit on the market, the brake hose may be
overstretched or start to bind during operation of steering to the left or
right. The consequence is a burst brake hose which might cause serious
accident.
Same would happen for the brake hose kit
that comes with the 'shock absorber bracket' but is running loose, without
preset position that applies to your car model. Also, some brake hose kit
comes with the bracket and is positioned, but not to your car
specification, which of course the consequent is the same.
PRO-RS painstakingly cater to such
massively varied configuration to ensure your safety.
Our brackets are made in the factory
equipped with the machine certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Crimped Hose (SAE J1401 Standards
PRO-RS hose is crimped according to SAE
J1401 standards, which is the world's most stringent testing standard for
hydraulic brake hose. The transparent Polyolefin sheath is heat shrunk and
super-glued directly to the stainless steel braided wire, to cover the
'crimp sleeves'.
It is transparent to let you see clearly
that the hose is crimped, as in the OEM brake hose standard.
The transparent sheath works by protecting
the 'crimp sleeve' against corrosion, which is not available in OEM brake
hose. It also doubles as 'Whip Absorber' to reduce high speed motion of
the hose during 800 rpm & 250 psi pressured 'Whipping Test' required by
SAE J1401 Standards. This sheath eliminates the tendency of the 'stainless
steel braided wire' to break at the crimp joint.
