New Exclusive
Distributor for Malaysia
On 27th.April 2011, Kakimotor
Sdn.Bhd, and PRO-RS Asia Pacific Sdn.Bhd., have both signed
an agreement for Kakimotor to become PRO-RS SAFEBRAKE exclusive distributor
for Malaysia market.
Kakimotor is a well known and popular
retailer of car accessories and tuning parts. The company
currently runs 5 retail outlets in Klang Valley.
The deal gives Kakimotor
exclusive rights to market PRO-RS SAFEBRAKE products through
their appointed dealers and to direct customers through their retail outlets. The exclusive
distributorship agreement is designed for long-term but
subject to Kakimotor meeting the pre-agreed business performance threshold.
The signing of the agreement signal a new chapter
for
PRO-RS where the company is set to focus on the exploration of the new markets
around the region. PRO-RS has committed to improve its manufacturing
capability through automation which would increase its
production capacity for the new markets.
